Features: Automated splicing, automatic palletizing, and production management for glass fiber yarns. Production cycle time: ≤ 17 seconds/piece.

Wind Turbine Blade Recycling
Wind turbine blades are primarily composed of fiberglass and epoxy resin as composite materials. After recycling, cutting, crushing, and separation, fiberglass powder and a small amount of epoxy resin powder are obtained. By mixing the fiberglass powder with PE material and plant fibers, then applying specialized processes, items such as trees, panels, and fiberglass products can be manufactured via injection molding or die casting.
